Service Timeline: We provide a monthly management service for ad campaigns, starting from the date of the initial payment.

Service Locations: Our services are provided remotely and are available to customers all over the world.

Updates and Reporting: Regular updates and performance reports will be provided weekly for the first month, and then monthly thereafter.

3. Return Policy

As our services are digital and custom in nature, returns are not applicable. However, if you experience issues with the service provided:

Eligibility for Resolution: We will work to address any issues and resolve them in accordance with the service description and agreement.

Non-Returnable Items: All digital services, including ad campaigns and custom designs, are non-returnable.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel services under the following terms:

Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel your service agreement with a 30-day notice after the initial 3-month commitment. The cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected].

Cancellation Fees: If you cancel within the initial 3-month term, you are responsible for the remaining fees for the duration of the contract. After the initial term, you will be charged for the full month if you cancel after a new billing cycle begins.

Service Pauses: Requests to pause services are accepted, but the service agreement term will continue as scheduled, and monthly fees must be paid on time.
